Bedrooms These are the "before" pictures of our upstairs: since these were taken, we've ripped up the carpet, had the floors redone, and moved in (thus cluttering the rooms a bit more than they appear here). This first one is what you would have seen if you came in the door, turned right, and walked into the front bedroom. It's now Tom's office, where he can look out the front window at FedEx guys coming up the walk, e-mail huge files over his nifty DSL line, and rest his feet on the one rug we've put down so far. If you walked down that hallway, you'd pass the bathroom on the right. Coming out of the bathroom, you could either go right and into our bedroom or take the stairs down to the three (non-permitted) bedroom-like spaces and the (probably non-permitted) bathroom in the basement. Once you'd checked out all the bedrooms, you could either look at the serviceable rooms that are also on that level, or go out into the back yard from the downstairs doorway, or return upstairs to look at the kitchen.
